Beautiful set of six original Biedermeier board chairs from Vienna, Austria, circa 1830.

Wonderful book-matched cherry veneer on the shovels and solid cherrywood on the legs and frame. and solid wood, french polished. Refinished condition. Partly lost, but stable to sit on old viennese mesh. The edge of the shovels are ebonized and polished.
