Neoclassical Vanity Box, Walnut with Inlays, Velvet Interior, South Germany circa 1900.

• Solid walnut body.
• Lid inlaid with ebony, maple, and burl wood. 
• Slightly sloping at the edges.
• On the front, a vase-shaped ebonized and inlaid key plate .
• Brass hinges. Functional original brass lock with 2 bolts and 1 key.
• Interior lined with purple velvet, featuring multiple compartments and fully removable.
• Restored condition, hand-polished with shellac.
