Description
Elegant original Art Deco Sideboard or Buffet by Levitan from France/Paris around 1930.
- High-gloss black piano lacquer on wood.
- Mahogany veneered interior with a removable shelf on the left and right.
- 3 drawers in the middle, veneered inside in mahogany.
- Original chrome-plated half-moon fittings with ornaments on the two doors and three curved handles on the drawers.
- Cream-white parchment under the side fittings and on the front of the top drawer.
- Central open bar compartment in the center with mirrors at the sides and back and a cream lacquered glass plate at the bottom. Inside on top with a bar lighting. Rear cable with European plug in the back.
- Stainless steel trims around the base, chrome-colored strips at the top of the edges and chrome-plated hinges, some of which have been replaced.
- Rectangular Portor marble plate at the top.
- Manufacturer’s emblem from Levitan, Paris in the drawer: “Ets Levitan, Paris, 63. B4 Magenta”
- Fully restored condition.
