Description
Elegant single Biedermeier shovel chair in walnut from Austria around 1820.
- Walnut veneered and solid.
- Strongly curved back board.
- Tapered square legs, straight at the front, curved at the back.
- Intermediate bar made of oval solid walnut rod
- Restored and hand-polished with shellac.
The seat cushion is removable. We have left the old, well-preserved black leather. On request, we can also reupholster it for you with a fabric of your choice.Â
