Description

Large imposing Art Deco Wardrobe or Armoire from France around 1930.

• Palisander Rosewood veneered on oak. Beautiful fluting / cannelures on the sides and side doors.
• 3 doors and 3 drawers. Interior in oak. Centre door inside with original mirror glass and 1 rod for hanging clothes. Inside at the sides with 4 compartments / 3 shelves each in oak with decorative inlay band at the front.
• At the bottom 2 small side and 1 wide middle drawer, all lockable with the original locks and keys.
• Around the cornice runs a silver leaf plated decorative trim with cords. Upper edge of the base ebonized. 
• Original handles, hinges, locks, panels and 5 original keys, completely re-chromed and polished.
• The cabinet can be completely dismantled.
• Restored condition.
