- Very good original condition, greenish patina.
- Standing on a thick, stepped Portoro marble plinth.
- Artist: Jean de Roncourt (incised signature in the marble plinth)
- A shield crest on the front with personal dedication “From the members of the staff battery, Brest in October 1941”
