Ada Ada honours the artist’s muse, his wife, Ada Katz, who he has painted over 250 times since they married in 1958. The artwork was displayed as a key piece in Katz’s major 2022 Guggenheim retrospective, Alex Katz: Gathering, cementing its status as one of his most prominent works. This edition, created in partnership with the Guggenheim, marks the first time this painting has been offered as a limited edition print.
