Biedermeier Small furniture or Half-Cabinet in Cherry Veneer with Ebony Inlay from South Germany about 1820.

Wonderful bright Cherry veneered on softwood and solid cherry. Doors veneered with oak backsides. Ebony inlaid and ebonized parts. Softwood interior with a removable shelf. Old working lock. Slightly curved square tapered legs. Restored and hand-polished with shellac.
