Description

Large, fully restored, original Art Deco Secretaire or Writing Cabinet in excellent Black Piano Lacquer, from France about 1930.

• Walnut wood, high-gloss black lacquered in several layers. Large polished stainless steel trim around the base. and chrome-plated handles. 
• Conically pointed front towards the in the middle.
• Original Interior in oak with ebonized handles. Frosted glass dividers, probably added later.
• Center hinged lighting behind original glass door. Original red leather writing surface surrounded by ebonized oak.
• Very special are the two doors, which open to the left and right sides with shelved inside.
